I've ordered this item before and it's usually nice and fresh and moist but this last batch was very dry and crystally. Does not burn well at all. Love the product when it's fresh but not when it's dry as this last batch was.

I boil a little bit of Myrrh in water, then swish and spit out the mixture. Usually takes 5 or 6 sips to permanently stops the pain of exposed nerves in my teeth. Instant relief.
