Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) from USA displays some antibacterial properties and is excellent for cleansing and purification purposes. In India it is widely used as a sedative, for it is said to have calming and balancing effects. Lemongrass is used extensively in soaps, detergents, cosmetics and perfumes and is also used as a flavor ingredient in foods, including alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. Certified Organic

It's ok.
Predominantly grassy and hay-like, but if you're looking for a strong citrus character it's not to be found here. A quiet citrus note appears at higher temperatures.

Pretty mellow
I think pretty much everyone knows the scent of lemongrass. Even as a dried product it can hold its own in an incense mix. It can provide a second note to more powerful scents. Also, unless you are a seller 1 oz is more than enough for several months of enjoyment in incense.
