An exotic ancient Mayan incense recipe of gold copal, black copal, white copal, tolu balsam, myrrh and pure vanilla bean is a calming, mystical, balsamic recipe that strokes the senses and imagination, and fills the evening with sensuality. The jaguar was revered for its unique method of enticing prey as it hid among the bushes with its sweet scented breath. The prey would naturally investigate the source of the aroma, thus bringing it closer to the jaguar. Cultures of ancient America prized copal resin as a sacred incense ingredient. The ancient Mayan holy book says that the divine god of the earth extracted copal resin from the tree of life and gave it to humans as a gift. Use in small amounts. Sold in 1 ounce packages only.

Ancient Mayan Jaguar Blend
This loose incense is lovely. I burnt it on an electric incense burner at 220 Fahrenheit. Rich and voluptuous balsamic and vanilla notes, but definitely not sweet. The myrrh is not too harsh and provides depth to this blend. Also an assertive black pepper note, but maybe it’s really the myrrh I’m smelling. The mix of copals makes a complex accord. Good stuff!

I’ve been looking for a scent to captivate and capture me with its mysterious smells. To transport me to another place and time. Mayan Jaguar has done just that. Sweet and Sensual, Wild yet not Overpowering. Strong but Subtle. 5 ⭐️Stars
