I boil a little bit of Myrrh in water, then swish and spit out the mixture. Usually takes 5 or 6 sips to permanently stops the pain of exposed nerves in my teeth. Instant relief.

I wanted a clean and crisp myrhh for my frankincense and myrhh blend and this is it. This has that dry wine tartness and earth tones that'll will ground any frank you burn with it beautifully. Look no further.
